FEES

- For workers' compensation claimants who can pay their own costs, we charge 20% of the cash, interest and penalties which we obtain or preserve for the claimant during a period of 2 1/2 years after an award. The initial consultation is free
- For workers' compensation claimants who need us to advance costs on their behalf, we charge 20% of the cash, interest and penalties which we obtain or preserve for the claimant during a period of 5 years after an award. The initial consultation is free.
- A simple Last Will costs $150.00, plus $10.00 in notary fees.
A Durable Power of Attorney costs $100.00, plus $10.00 in notary fees.
A Living Will with medical power of attorney costs $150.00, plus $10.00 in notary fees.
A package of all three documents, for a husband and wife, costs $575.00, plus $60.00 in notary fees.
- Fees for plaintiffs in labor or civil rights cases are negotiated after an initial, free consultation.
- Hourly fees for new business clients are negotiated on an individual basis, depending on volume and complexity. Normally, new business clients are charged at a $180.00 per hour rate, as of March 1, 2006. That hourly rate is subject to adjustment on an annual basis thereafter.
